Secondary Images Bulk Image Import
The secondary images bulk image import page allows you to add secondary images to already existing products. Please note, the file names need to be EXACTLY the same as the product ID to match the image with the product and assign it to the product.
Example: If the Product ID is my_car, the file name must be my_car.jpg or my_car.png.
For multiple secondary images, use a the PRODUCT ID with a - suffix followed by any character or number, eg.: If the product ID is my_car, the file name can be my_car-1.jpg, my_car-2.jpg, my_car-a.png etc.
Depending on your interface settings, one of the following interfaces is used.
The default (traditional) image upload form:
The default image upload form allows you to upload 12 images at once. If you need to upload more images, you need to repeat the operation.
After you selected all the files you want to upload click on the “Upload Image” button to upload the images and assign them to your products
Please note: Only .JPG, .PNG and .GIF files are accepted as image types.
Please note: The secondary images bulk image upload interface can be set at “System Settings” => “User Interface Settings”
